![]() So I tried uninstalling Office Pro 2013 and it did removed the logos and ID from some files on my desktop. I tired repeated "installs", entered the product key, got an "OK" check mark icon but it didn't fix it. Maybe NORTON? I've had this laptop that came with Windows 10 and have had Office 2013 Pro installed for about the same amount of time, 2 years, on this laptop. I looked online for others and found this line which indicates many have had this problem today. I did not after being away for a while that Norton had done a scan and possibly an update. I've run Word, Excel and Outlook every day for the past many days with no problems. ![]() I get an "The Operating System is not presently configured to run this application" and "There was a problem sending the command to the program." I had MS Outlook running and suddenly nothing from Office 2013 Pro. I too just encountered this problem today.
